Alt Star
The hospitality industry has undergone unprecedented and irreversible changes over the past decade, particularly in the hotel sector. While traditional approaches were once favoured, modern advancements were not prioritised.
However, given the current global climate, the implementation and utilisation of new systems are now more crucial than ever. Emerging technologies, which not only reduce costs but also streamline and automate processes, have suddenly become necessities.
The Alt Star project was initiated with a futuristic vision to create a digital ecosystem that serves as a unit to meet all the needs of any property, including those of the millennial consumer. Alt Star consists of a front desk system, a reservation system, and a smart door management system, each designed to be implemented separately as modules, in pairs, or altogether.
Each module is built as a template that allows easy customisation of features and functions to be individually tailored to each client. Numerous other modules are currently in development and will soon be added to this list, providing any property with an additional "digital star" of luxury and comfort.
